Chain Maker Black Country Poster, Cradley Heath Vintage Trade Wall Art Print

A richly illustrated vintage-style poster celebrating the Chain Maker — one of the Black Country's most iconic forgotten trades. Set in Cradley Heath, the artwork depicts a skilled craftsman working at an anvil, hammer in hand, forging glowing iron links in a smoky workshop. Factory chimneys fill the window behind him, evoking the industrial heart of the West Midlands.

Bold Victorian typography frames the scene with the words "A Forgotten Black Country Trade" and the motto: "Shaper of Iron, Link by Link, Binder of Burdens, Strong in Work, Stronger Still in Pride."

A proud tribute to working-class heritage, perfect for history enthusiasts, Black Country locals, and anyone who values British industrial craftsmanship.
