The Thatcher Forgotten Trade Poster, Vintage Watercolour Craft Wall Art Print

A beautifully illustrated vintage-style poster celebrating the ancient craft of thatching. The main scene shows a skilled thatcher working atop a straw roof in a coastal English village, with thatched cottages and a sea view behind him. Three panel illustrations below depict each stage of the trade: gathering the reed, preparing the bundles, and thatching with skill.

Rendered in warm watercolour tones on an aged parchment background, the design pays tribute to the craftsmen of yesteryear and the rural heritage they left behind. Bold navy and gold typography completes the classic period feel.

Printed on high-quality paper and shipped directly to your door, this poster makes a distinctive addition to any home with a love of British rural history.
